About the Role
Packsize is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a social media enthusiast with a passion for creating engaging content, building brand presence, and driving audience growth. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms, managing day-to-day activities, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate brand messages, engage with the audience, and contribute to the overall marketing objectives.

What Youll Do
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Manage and curate compelling, high-quality content for various social media platforms.
Curate relevant and engaging content from industry sources and user-generated content
Create and schedule engaging posts, captions, and hashtags that align with the brand's voice and target audience.
Monitor social media channels, and foster a sense of community by responding to comments and messages, and proactively engage with followers and potential customers.
Implement social listening to understand competitive social activity as well as partner activity.
Analyze social media metrics and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement
Stay informed about emerging social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices to optimize performance.
Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
Uphold brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive brand voice.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing team, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and visually appealing social campaigns.
Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance social media strategies and elevate brand presence.
Work closely with the web development team to ensure consistent design elements across the company's website and social media platforms.
What Youll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven Social Media experience, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, features, and best practices.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Knowledge of social media management tools for scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passionate about staying current with current social media trends and emerging platforms.
Familiarity with graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
Working Environment
Role is a remote position, requiring the individual to excel in communication and time management.
Role requires the individual to sit at a desk for extended periods working on a computer and desk monitor throughout the day.
May travel, occasionally, as needed.
